• Deep understanding of government procurement, budgets, and legislative dynamics.
• Proven track record of large-scale technology modernization ($10M+).

Responsibilities

• Build deep, trusted relationships with State and local HHS Agency executives.
• Serve as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for features and services addressing pain points.
• Earn trust through domain expertise in Medicaid enterprise systems, state program policies, procurement processes, and compliance requirements.
• Own business development outcomes, taking responsibility for wins and losses.
• Drive measurable results through strategic opportunity identification, pipeline development, deal closure.
