Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise crew by directing and following up on activities and communications with management.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure quality shopping experiences.
• Handle merchandising, price merchandise, stock shelves and maintain displays.
• Reset departments following planograms and inventory promotions.
