Job summary

Wolters Kluwer Health seeks a Content Management Analyst to support the vision and execution of operational processes for creating, tagging, transforming, and distributing digital content across Health's product portfolio. Under supervision, you will collaborate with product, operations, and technology teams to ensure scalable content solutions that meet product and customer requirements.

You will help document workflows, assess enrichment needs, maintain a catalog of assets, and test content

Qualifications

1+ years production, editing, and digital publishing experience.
Understanding of digital content delivery and web tech basics (HTML, CSS).
Knowledge of healthcare content, taxonomies, and ontologies.

Responsibilities

Document existing content workflows, tagging structures, and product requirements to improve processes.
Assess enrichment needs and recommend tagging improvements or automation.
Understand user needs of content within products and support feature testing.
Maintain catalog of Health content assets and their related assets.
Coordinate testing of new content ingestion and determine next steps for rendering in products.
Support use of taxonomies and ontologies within content sets and product workflows.
Assist in content syndication for assigned content sets.
Support defined content management strategies.
