Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is hiring a Content Management Analyst to support operational processes for managing, producing, and distributing digital content across Health’s product portfolio. The role works with Operations, Product, and Technology to ensure scalable content tagging, transformation, and syndication aligned with product and customer needs.

The analyst will document workflows, assess enrichment needs, support content features, maintain content catalogs, and assist with testing new content

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in production, editing, and digital publishing.
• Understanding of content delivery on digital platforms.
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, style sheets) and healthcare content ontologies.

Responsibilities

• Document existing content workflows, tagging structures, and product requirements.
• Assess enrichment needs and recommend tagging improvements or automation.
• Support content features for product usability and customer needs.
• Maintain catalog of Health content and assets.
• Test ingestion of new content and coordinate with seniors for rendering.
• Support use of taxonomies and content syndication.
• Contribute to defined content management strategies.
