Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Content Management Analyst to support the operational processes for creating, organizing, and distributing digital content across Health products. Working with Operations, Product Segments, and Technology, you will help ensure scalable content workflows, tagging, and syndication align with product and customer needs.

You will assist with documenting content workflows, improving tagging/enrichment, and supporting content rendering in products, under supervision.

Qualifications

1+ years in production, editing, and digital/multi-media publishing.
Understanding of content delivery on digital platforms.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS concepts.
Understanding healthcare content, taxonomies, and ontologies.
Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe, and XML.
Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
Basic project management skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Document existing content workflows, tagging structures, and product content requirements.
Assess enrichment needs and recommend tagging improvements or enrichment automation.
Support content features/functionality for product users.
Support standards and rules for content within assigned group.
Maintain catalog of Health content and assets.
Test ingestion of new content and coordinate next steps for ingested content.
Support use of taxonomies and ontologies in content production workflows.
Assist with content syndication for assigned content sets.
Support defined content management strategies.
