Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Content Management Analyst to support the operational processes for creating, organizing, and distributing digital content across Health products. You will work with product, operations, and technology teams to document workflows, tagging structures, and enrichment needs, ensuring scalable content processing and successful ingestion and rendering within our products.

Qualifications

1+ years experience in production, editing, and digital/multi-media publishing.
Understanding of content delivery on digital platforms.
Knowledge of healthcare content, taxonomies, and ontologies.

Responsabilités

Supports documenting existing content workflows, tagging structures, and product requirements.
Assists with enrichment needs and recommends tagging improvements or automation.
Supports content features and functionality for product users.
Maintains catalog of Health content and assets.
Supports testing ingestion of new content and coordination with senior roles for rendering in product.
Assists with taxonomies and ontologies usage within content sets and workflows.
Supports content syndication for assigned content sets.
Assists defined content management strategies.
