Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Communications Account Manager dedicated to a national plan sponsor to promote the Employee Assistance Program and related wellbeing initiatives. You will serve as the primary contact for communications planning, training coordination, program promotion, and workforce engagement.

In this role you will tailor communications to client branding, coordinate trainings and webinars, and collaborate with benefits and communications teams to drive awareness and participation

Qualifications

• Must hold a current clinical license (LPC, LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, etc.).
• 5+ years clinical experience.
• 3+ years virtual presentation experience.
• 3-5 years clinical content development.
• WebEx Training and/or Events administration skills.
• Excellent Word and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication and engagement initiatives related to the Employee Assistance Program.
• Support development and customization of program communications and promotional materials.
• Assist with training coordination, scheduling, webinars, and related communications.
• Coordinate training content and communications materials development.
• Provide consultation on program awareness, utilization, and engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with benefits and communications teams to support planning and outreach.
• Serve as a centralized contact for training and communication requests.
