Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Communications Account Manager to support a national plan sponsor for Employee Assistance Program communications, training, and engagement initiatives. The role focuses on planning, coordination, and promotion of well-being programs for the Customer workforce.

Responsibilities include coordinating communications, supporting training resources, and ensuring alignment with branding and stakeholder needs. 40 hours weekly; full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Clinical license current and maintained
• 5+ years clinical experience
• 3+ years presentation experience (virtual)
• 3-5 years writing and clinical content development
• WebEx Training and/or Events administration skills
• Excellent Word and PowerPoint skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinating communication and engagement initiatives related to the Employee Assistance Program
• Supporting development and customization of program communications and awareness campaigns
• Assisting with training consultation and scheduling management
• Coordinating development and revision of training materials and content
• Providing consultation on program awareness and engagement strategies
• Collaborating with benefits, communications and other teams
• Serving as centralized point of contact for training and communications
