Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Communications Account Manager dedicated to a national plan sponsor to promote the Employee Assistance Program and related well-being initiatives. You will serve as a consistent point of contact for communications planning, training coordination, program promotion and engagement activities supporting CVS Health's workforce.

Qualifications

Current clinical license and maintained (LPC, LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, etc.).
5+ years clinical experience.
3+ years presentation experience (virtual).
3-5 years writing and clinical content development.
WebEx Training and/or Events administration skills.
Excellent Word and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinating communication and engagement initiatives related to the Employee Assistance Program.
Supporting development and customization of program communications and promotional materials.
Assisting with training coordination, scheduling, registration management, and webinar support.
Coordinating development and revision of training materials and communication content.
Providing consultation regarding program awareness, utilization and engagement strategies.
Collaborating with benefits and communications teams to support planning and outreach initiatives.
Serving as a centralized point of contact for training and communication requests.
