Job summary

United Health Centers seeks a Health Center Supervisor to lead the Front Office and Back Office operations under the Health Center Manager. You will ensure staff adherence to customer service standards, manage schedules, and address patient concerns in real-time.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, participating in hiring, and maintaining efficient patient flow while ensuring compliance with UHC policies and procedures. This exempt role supports clinic productivity and quality care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and coordinate staff and day-to-day operations for the center.
• Proactively manage provider appointment schedules and templates.
• Maintain patient flow to support agency productivity standards and goals.
• Monitor cash/cashier responsibilities and daily deposits.
• Assist with staff evaluations and promotions in collaboration with the Health Center Manager.
