Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
• Experience in supervision or management is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise and coordinate staff and day-to-day operations for the health center.
• Manage patient flow and scheduling to meet productivity standards.
• Provide coaching, training and performance feedback under the Health Center Manager.
