Eskenazi Health is seeking a Health Center Coordinator to lead administrative and clinical oversight at a designated site. You will supervise staff, align with executive leadership, and manage budgets while driving performance improvement across operations.

Reporting to the Health Center Manager, you will coordinate with senior leaders, ensure staff training on quality and regulatory guidelines, and promote efficient patient access.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, management or healthcare.
• Minimum three years in healthcare leadership or business management; substitution allowed.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Ambulatory healthcare experience preferred; medical terminology and coding/billing experience helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise staff and oversee site/department operations.
• Convey strategic goals and rationales to teams clearly.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and take disciplinary actions per policy.
• Ensure staff training on quality, risk, and regulatory guidelines.
• Review performance data and clinical outcomes regularly.
• Document staffing rounds and maintain daily huddles.
• Maintain Service Excellence Board and monthly stoplight reports.
• Manage budget and cost controls within financial parameters.
• Oversee scheduling and resource utilization to maximize efficiency.
• Implement quality tools to reduce no-show rates and improve capacity.
