Job summary

United Health Centers is seeking a Health Center Supervisor to oversee daily operations and staff performance at the assigned center. You will coordinate front and back office activities, ensure patient flow, and address issues in real time under the Health Center Manager's guidance.

Key responsibilities include staff development, performance evaluations, and collaboration with the clinic management team to meet service standards and productivity goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in lieu of degree may be applied for this position.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and coordinate staff and day-to-day operations for the health center.
• Manage front office and back office operations to ensure quality and cost-effective care.
• Respond to scheduling errors, patient flow bottlenecks, patient concerns, and employee relations issues.
