Oak Street Health is seeking an Associate Practice Manager to lead operations at a primary care clinic. You will supervise a multi-disciplinary team, ensure smooth daily operations, and drive patient satisfaction within the Oak Street Health care model.

Reporting to regional leadership, you will implement in-clinic initiatives, monitor metrics, and ensure efficient scheduling and safety. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings.
• Proficient PC skills and knowledge of standard software.
• U.S. work authorization.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage operations at a single primary care clinic location.
• Supervise a multi-disciplinary team and mentor staff.
• Ensure unmatched patient experience and adherence to SOPs.
• Implement in-clinic operational initiatives and improve workflows.
• Coordinate scheduling, facilities issues and contact alarm monitoring as needed.
