Job summary

You will partner with the Center Medical Director and Associate Outreach Manager to make collaborative decisions that balance patient care with center profitability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings.
• Proficient computer skills and using standard office software.
• US work authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operations at a single primary care clinic location.
• Supervise a multidisciplinary team of 15+ staff.
• Ensure patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes through standard workflows.
• Oversee clinic operations, scheduling, coverage, and SOP compliance.
• Collaborate with Center Medical Director and Associate Outreach Manager to drive center profitability.
