Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking an Associate Practice Manager to lead a single primary care clinic location. You will supervise a multidisciplinary team, ensure smooth daily operations, and drive patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes within the org’s care model.

You will partner with the Center Medical Director and regional leadership to align operations, staffing, and performance metrics while maintaining a Great Place to Work culture and strong community engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings.
• Proficient PC skills.
• US work authorization.
• Strong communication and people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage a multidisciplinary team of 15+; foster a Great Place to Work culture.
• Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing coverage, and adherence to SOPs.
• Drive patient experience and clinical outcomes through standard meetings and best practices.
• Lead in-clinic initiatives and training on new workflows; monitor scheduling and facilities coordination.
