Job summary

Family HealthCare Network seeks a Health Center Supervisor to supervise staff, oversee daily health center operations, and drive performance improvements. You will lead through coaching, conduct performance evaluations, and coordinate front-to-back office workflows to enhance patient throughput and service quality.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and comfort with using Word, Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and training.

Qualifications

• Two years of leadership experience or five years of progressive responsibility.
• Minimum GPA requirements: 2.5 for relevant degrees or GED/HS with healthcare knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to departmental staff and manage performance.
• Develop and track operational plans to improve health center performance.
• Ensure patient information is collected, verified and patients are informed of options.
• Perform staff onboarding, training and competency assessments.
• Coordinate front and back office activities to improve patient flow.
• Maintain logs and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
