Job summary

Qualifications

• WV LPN or RN licensure required
• 2+ years healthcare management experience
• Previous supervisory or healthcare operations experience preferred
• Knowledge of patient scheduling, workflow coordination, and staff management
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with EHR systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily health center operations and patient flow
• Supervise and support front-office and clinical support staff
• Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and address workflow issues
• Approve timecards, monitor attendance, and reinforce policies and procedures
• Train and coach staff to promote performance and professional development
• Ensure appropriate staffing coverage and assist during staffing shortages
