Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities related to patient care within the ambulatory office.
• Provides daily supervision to staff for prompt and courteous service to patients, visitors, physicians and co-workers.
• Monitors daily operations to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Gathers statistics, completes reports and performs other duties as scheduled or requested.
• Communicates status of daily operations to Manager or Director and reports issues timely.
