Job summary

Aon seeks an experienced Health Solutions Account Executive to lead mid and large market client relationships, develop benefits strategy, and supervise a team managing clients’ benefits programs from our Charlotte, NC office.

You will lead benefits consulting projects, coordinate vendor negotiations, and drive strong client service, reporting to the Health Solutions leadership and collaborating with HR, Benefits, and Finance executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
• Life/Accident/Health license (or ability to obtain after hire).
• 10+ years of Health and Benefits background.
• Client-facing consulting experience in health benefits.

Responsibilities

• Develop employee benefits strategies and lead benefits consulting projects.
• Lead vendor negotiations and manage client/vendor relationships.
• Grow long-term client relationships through excellent service.
• Coordinate client teams and prepare client reports.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to team members.
