Job summary

Paychex is hiring to deliver exceptional customer service for multiple Paychex products. This role ensures strong client relations, resolves claims fairly, educates clients, and initiates improvements based on feedback.

You will work independently and may lead teams or projects, applying deep knowledge of Paychex products and industry practices. The role emphasizes resolving complex issues, mentoring teammates, and documenting interactions to enhance service quality across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years health & benefits experience preferred.
• Requires eligibility for state insurance licensing; licensing within 90 days of start date is required.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates strong relationships with key clients and internal/external partners to deliver advanced quality service.
• Consults with clients and partners to identify opportunities to enhance Paychex service experience.
• Maintains an advanced working knowledge of multiple Paychex products and industry practices.
• Identifies and implements opportunities for process improvements on a large scale.
• Demonstrates advanced skill level with HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.
• Represents the team on projects and initiatives.
• Mentors less experienced teammates.
• Documents all interactions to improve service.
