Aon plc is seeking a Health Analytics Senior Consultant/Senior Data Analyst in the US (hybrid option). The role focuses on healthcare claims data across medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision, translating data into insights and building dashboards with SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.

You will collaborate across Analytics, Engineering, Business, and Actuarial teams to deliver scalable solutions. The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of healthcare data experience, strong SQL/Excel skills, and familiarity

Formación

• 3–7 years of hands-on experience with healthcare data across medical, pharmacy, dental or vision claims.
• Knowledge of CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10, revenue codes, modifiers, and NDCs; understand how plan benefits drive payment.
• Proficient in SQL and Excel; working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau; Python/Databricks a plus.
• Experience streamlining or automating analytics and reporting to improve efficiency.
• Experience using AI tools responsibly to build and validate workflows.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills; data quality assessment and pattern detection.
• Understanding of healthcare claims administration and CPI/FWA is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze large healthcare datasets (medical, pharmacy, dental, vision) and eligibility data.
• Lead audits and analytical reviews to identify payment errors and eligibility issues.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations with SQL, Excel, Power BI or Tableau.
• Automate routine analytics and reporting tasks using macros, templates, and workflows.
• Apply AI tools with validation and human oversight for audit workflows.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Engineering, Business, and Actuarial teams to meet needs.
• Document data sources, rules, methodologies, and quality controls for repeatable analyses.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of analytics.
• Present technical findings to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
