Aon plc is seeking a Health Analytics Senior Consultant / Senior Data Analyst to work in a hybrid capacity across Chicago, IL, Atlanta, GA, or Denver, CO with possible remote options for qualified candidates. You will analyze healthcare data, develop dashboards, and drive audit analytics across medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision claims.

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years of healthcare data experience, strong SQL/Excel, and familiarity with BI tools; Python/Databricks and cloud skills are a plus.

Formación

• Three to seven years of hands-on experience with healthcare data across medical, pharmacy, dental or vision claims, including identifying payment errors and eligibility issues.
• Working knowledge of claims coding and adjudication (CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10, revenue codes, modifiers, NDCs) for pharmacy.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel; working knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau; Python/Databricks a plus.
• Experience streaming or automating analytics and reporting tasks to improve consistency and efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze large and complex healthcare datasets across medical, pharmacy, dental and vision claims and eligibility data.
• Lead and support healthcare claims audits and analytical reviews, identifying errors and trends.
• Develop analytics findings, recurring reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using SQL, Excel, Power BI or Tableau.
• Streamline analytics and reporting tasks using Excel macros, templates, or workflow tools to improve efficiency.
• Apply AI tools responsibly to build, maintain, and validate audit and analytics workflows.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Engineering, Business and Actuarial teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Document data sources, rules, methodologies, findings, and QC procedures for repeatable analyses.
