We are seeking a Regional Manager to join our team! The Regional Manager oversees assigned brick and mortar and mobile branches. This position provides leadership and direction to Branch and Mobile Unit Managers. Responsible for quality customer service, lead growth initiatives, assist with operational integrity, build brand awareness in the community, manage profitability, expense, and loss control. Responsible for manager selection and manager development.This role will require the ability to travel a minimum of 50% of the time to support branches and teams.
