Job summary

STGi is seeking a Grantee Specialist to support our Head Start Training and Technical Assistance team in Region 9. The role involves on-site training and technical assistance to grant recipients, with travel up to 50% and periods on-site ranging from one day to several weeks.

The candidate will develop corrective action plans, support effective program management, and coordinate TA across Care, Education and Health areas. Strong data analysis and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of BA or BS degree from an accredited university or college.
• Five years of experience related to program and/or organizational management with Head Start/Early Head Start programs and development of comprehensive management systems.
• Experience providing training and technical consulting to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Fix noncompliance areas identified through federal monitoring and implement corrective action plans.
• Develop and deliver training and technical assistance to grant recipients.
• Coordinate TA with Early Childhood, Health, and Family Engagement specialists.
• Assist recipients in data aggregation, analysis, and data-driven decision making.
• Maintain timely communication with Regional or Area Office staff on TTA delivery and progress.
