Job summary

ICF seeks an experienced Grantee Specialist to support the Region IV office of Head Start Training and Technical Assistance. The specialist will provide onsite and virtual consultation to recipients and program managers to correct deficiencies and support continuous quality improvement.

This home-based position spans Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, DC, and other locations as required, with travel to fulfill duties.

Qualifications

• BA or BS from an accredited university.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English.
• 5+ years’ experience related to program and/or organizational management and/or fiscal operations with HS/EHS programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site, individualized, group, and virtual T/TA to recipients related to governance, program management, and fiscal operations.
• Correct deficiencies identified through the federal monitoring process and support improvement efforts.
• Develop and implement a Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) addressing root causes of noncompliance.
• Coordinate TTA with other specialists to ensure integrated management systems improvements.
• Develop and provide effective presentations and training on program management and fiscal operations.
