This strategic, highly visible role involves translating insights into executive-ready recommendations and partnering with cross-functional teams to advance top marketing priorities. You will drive governance, design frameworks, and apply AI-enhanced approaches to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant business field.
• 4+ years in digital marketing analytics and performance measurement.
• Experience with web or app analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Expand channel strategy to meet LOB priorities and move away from reactive requests.
• Share recommendations through playbooks, insights and analytics.
• Partner with CSO teams to stay aligned with plans and experiments.
• Enhance default strategy to improve customer experience and incremental business.
• Assess LOB performance across channel, page, placement and funnel.
• Governance and execution oversight for channel pages, placements and experiments.
• Create executive-level presentations to socialize insights and decisions.
• Collaborate to create governance playbooks and streamline processes.
• Dive into campaign strategies to optimize targeting, creative, placement, frequency.
• Monitor weekly/monthly results; investigate root causes.
• Integrate AI and automation to reduce manual ops and boost efficiency.
