Job summary

Beyond Reach Labs is building the largest deployable structures for space. We seek an organized Workplace Experience Manager to support founders, run day-to-day operations, coordinate projects and events, and solve operational challenges in a fast-growing startup.

You will own day-to-day coordination, onboarding, vendor management, and office administration, while helping improve processes and scale the company. This role offers broad exposure and meaningful ownership from day one.

Responsibilities

• Support the founders with scheduling, travel, logistics, and day-to-day coordination.
• Help prepare meetings, presentations, events, and customer engagements.
• Coordinate follow-up actions and help ensure important priorities move forward.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and new-starter logistics.
• Coordinate internal meetings, events, and company activities.
• Organize documentation, records, and administrative processes.
• Support reporting, purchasing, and general business administration.
• Act as a go-to person for operational and logistical support.
