Qualifications

• 10+ years in operations, strategy, or executive management.
• Proven track record scaling teams and programmes.
• Strong strategic thinking and commercial judgement.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience driving organisational change and process improvement.
• Ability to influence without formal authority.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building structure from scratch.
• Hands-on leadership with presence.

Responsibilities
