• Ten years claims management experience; five years supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree; CPCU/ARM/AIM/AIC certifications preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operations management for multiple offices/locations within an area.
• Ensures compliance with best practices, standards, regulations, and client requirements.
• Sets business plans, goals, and objectives for the area and its locations/offices.
• Monitors performance metrics and takes action on reports.
• Supports coordination of sales and client service efforts.
