Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CPCU/AIC/ARM or related designation preferred.
• 10 years related experience including account management or disability/leave claims with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Determine account management strategies for client service plans and retain existing clients.
• Provide program management for jumbo clients with dedicated staff and complex service models.
• Oversee work of local Client Services staff and ensure quality initiatives compliance.
• Conduct stewardship reporting and pre-renewal client reviews to identify dissatisfaction.
• Negotiate changes to service plans and coordinate cross‑department execution.
