To be responsible for the technical and operational functions for multiple offices, including direct operational responsibility where the manager resides; to handle the staffing and training needs within assigned offices, as well as staff development, career and succession planning; and to be responsible for budget preparation and profit and loss management for assigned office(s). Has direct and indirect responsibility for 300 or more colleagues.
Administers company personnel policies in all areas and follows company staffing standards and training recommendations.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $140, 000.00 - $160,000.00 USD Annually.
