Platinum Commerce in Beverly Hills, CA is seeking a General Manager, Wholesale – Social Commerce to lead and grow its wholesale social commerce business. This on-site role oversees end-to-end operations for expansion into TikTok Shop, eBay and WhatNot Live Auction sellers, including strategy, pricing, assortment planning, and day-to-day account management.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in wholesale, marketplace, or e-commerce management, with a track record of driving revenue growth and managing P&L responsibilities.
• Strong commercial and strategic skills in pricing, assortment planning, forecasting, and margin optimization within social commerce or e-commerce.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with operations, marketing, and client services to execute integrated go-to-market plans.
• Knowledge of social commerce platforms and marketplace ecosystems (e.g., TikTok Shop) familiarity with live streaming
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and brand partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including comfort with data tools, performance dashboards, and KPI-driven decision-making.
• Proven leadership abilities, including coaching, talent development, and fostering an inclusive, high-performance team culture.
• Experience working with consumer brands is a plus
