Health & Happiness Group, a portfolio including Zesty Paws and Solid Gold Pet, seeks a Social Commerce Manager to own and scale social commerce across our brands with a focus on TikTok Shop end-to-end. You will drive revenue growth, maintain P&L discipline, and collaborate with creators, agencies, and internal teams.

Reporting to the Omni Digital Channel Director, this role requires strategic leadership and hands-on execution to convert trends into scalable revenue, in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• 8+ years of growth marketing experience, with significant experience in integrated marketing and campaign strategies.
• Strong understanding of consumer journey across channels and performance marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead social commerce strategy across Zesty Paws and Solid Gold Pet.
• Drive revenue growth and operational excellence on TikTok Shop and related platforms.
• Own forecasting, budgeting, and P&L for social commerce initiatives.
• Partner with agencies, creators, and internal teams to scale performance.
