Job summary

Platinum Commerce is seeking a TikTok Shop Category Manager for Toys & Home in Beverly Hills. You will own day-to-day operations, including assortment planning, pricing, account health, and promotional activities to drive revenue and margin.

You will analyze sales data, coordinate with brand partners, manage product listings, and plan campaigns with internal teams to support live streams and improve customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketplace or e-commerce account management, preferably with TikTok Shop or similar platforms.
• Strong data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting using tools like Excel/Sheets/BI dashboards.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, including influencer/affiliate management, and paid social campaigns.
• Background in consumer products, ideally Toys/Home, with merchandising and pricing knowledge.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• High level of organization to manage multiple accounts, timelines and priorities.
• Cross-functional collaboration with fulfillment, creative, and advertising teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Communications or equivalent.
• Proficiency with collaboration tools (Slack, PM platforms) and willingness to learn new systems.
• Eligibility to work on-site in Beverly Hills, CA.
