Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on TikTok Shop experience strongly preferred.
• Experience across Amazon, Shopify, DTC, or other marketplaces is a plus.
• Ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.”

Responsibilities

• Execute Social Commerce initiatives across TikTok Shop and other marketplaces, including setup, promotions, and performance tracking.
• Manage creator and affiliate commerce, communications, sampling, and content tracking to drive GMV.
• Provide regular performance reviews and actionable recommendations to brand partners and internal teams.
• Support marketplace growth via assortment launches, promotions, and pricing updates.
• Analyze funnel metrics, identify bottlenecks, and optimize strategies based on data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and reporting.
