Job summary

Platinum Commerce in Beverly Hills seeks a Business Development Manager – Live Streaming (TikTok Shop) to identify, pitch, and onboard brands that can grow through TikTok Shop live streaming, while nurturing long-term client relationships.

Day-to-day tasks include prospecting new partners, conducting needs assessments, developing proposals, and leading sales presentations focused on live streaming and marketplace growth.

Qualifications

• Business development and sales skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing new brand partnerships.
• Experience with live streaming, TikTok Shop, social commerce, or influencer/affiliate programs, with the ability to design performance-focused campaigns.
• Marketplace and ecommerce expertise with platforms such as TikTok Shop, Walmart, eBay, or Target+; understanding fulfillment and marketplace operations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including client-facing presentations and stakeholder management.
• Analytical and strategic thinking to interpret performance data, identify growth opportunities, and optimize campaigns.
• Proficiency with basic productivity and CRM tools (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, Salesforce) and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in digital marketing, social media, or brand partnerships is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Beverly Hills, CA and manage multiple projects and deadlines with ownership and accountability.
