IMPACT is seeking a leader to build and run its Web practice for the next growth phase. You will shape services, pricing, and delivery, drive AI-powered website initiatives, and ensure sites help buyers decide.

This role combines strategy, design, and hands-on leadership to scale revenue and margin. You'll report to the Integrator and partner with VPs across Coaching, HubSpot, and Paid Media while guiding designers, developers, and strategists to deliver high-quality sites on time and within

Formación

• Practice leadership with 7+ years in web strategy, design or development and revenue responsibility.
• Hands-on HubSpot CMS experience including migrations.
• Scope, price and protect margin on projects.
• Delivered launches with QA standards and quality control.
• Able to lead sales conversations and close projects.
• Adopts AI-forward approaches to speed design and development while ensuring quality.

Responsabilidades

• Grow a profitable practice and own revenue and profitability.
• Price discovery, complexity, revisions and pre-work scope management.
• Follow up on opportunities from Marketing & Sales and coaches; scope and close expanded projects.
• Keep forecasts current and raise likely misses early.
• Launch projects on schedule and within scope and budget; document changes.
• Maintain QA standards for usability, accessibility, performance and conversion; use AI with human review.
• Ensure clients can edit and own their site with training and documentation.
• Evolve and price offers based on market demand; keep repeatable offerings with intentional exceptions.
• Coordinate cross-practice handoffs and contribute to marketing & sales and academy.
• Lead, develop and hold designers, developers and strategists accountable; address performance gaps.
