Job summary

IMPACT is seeking a leader to build and run its Web practice, shaping strategy for 2027 and beyond. You will oversee revenue, profitability, and service delivery, including AI-powered website initiatives and new pricing models.

The role is hybrid, based around the East Coast hours with travel as needed, and requires 7+ years in web strategy or development. You will lead a team responsible for redesigns, migrations, training, and CRO, while ensuring client success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in web strategy, design or development.
• Experience leading a web practice or agency team.
• Hands-on HubSpot CMS and migrations.
• Strong scoping and pricing capabilities.
• AI-driven approach to website delivery.

Responsibilities

• Grow a profitable practice.
• Price discovery, complexity, revisions and support before work starts, so custom requests never become free work.
• Follow up quickly on opportunities and scope/close projects.
• Keep forecasts current and raise likely misses early.
• Deliver great sites on schedule and in scope.
• Lead, develop and hold designers, developers and strategists accountable.
