You will mentor designers, drive measurable impact across discovery, engagement, and conversion, and stay ahead of evolving practices including AI-enabled experiences while collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Senior Web Experience Design role with 3+ years of people management
• Experience with ecommerce, growth or transactional digital experiences
• Deep expertise in UX and UI, accessibility, responsive design
• Excellent collaboration and ability to influence senior leaders
• Portfolio required to be considered for this position

Responsibilities

• Set the vision for Cengage’s web experience and UX/UI strategy
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Analytics and Engineering to prototype and test ideas
• Advance ecommerce and conversion experiences
• Design across the full customer journey from acquisition to engagement
• Use data to identify opportunities via analytics and experimentation
• Build a culture of continuous optimization and learning
• Stay ahead of evolving web practices including AI-enabled experiences
