Job summary

You will develop and evaluate staff, implement OSHA-compliant safety programs, and collaborate with Transportation, HR, and Admin teams to maximize productivity and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to plan and organize work and time, analyze data, follow policies and procedures.
• Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Must be able to handle departmental issues and support direct reports.
• Must pass a physical assessment test.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership to subsidiary associates and communicate status to RDC management.
• Determine staffing requirements and assist in personnel recruitment.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide ongoing feedback.
• Manage all warehouse operations staff including managers and supervisors.
• Foster an environment that encourages associate involvement and quality of work.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA and other regulations.
