Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager for its warehousing and distribution facility in Texas. You will lead daily operations, drive KPI achievement, manage budgets, and develop staff to meet safety and performance targets.

Responsibilities include coordinating with supervisors, implementing efficiency projects, and ensuring compliance with SOPs and policies while focusing on continuous improvement and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college; and three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or related required.
• Minimum of three years leadership experience.
• Competencies include Business Acumen, Communicate for Impact, Leading People, Managing Transitions/Change, Relationship Management, and Strategic Agility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and meet productivity goals with supervisors and leads.
• Manage budgeting and financial results for areas of responsibility.
• Plan, develop, and implement organizational policies and goals.
• Support safety, HR, and engineering to promote productivity improvement programs.
• Maintain staff development and succession planning to ensure capable management.
