Kenco Group is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Operations Manager to lead daily site activities, drive KPI achievement, safeguard inventory integrity, and foster staff development. The role emphasizes adherence to SOPs and safety, with collaboration across safety, HR, and engineering to drive productivity improvements.

The position requires experience in warehousing/distribution, leadership, and budget management, with a focus on continuous improvement within a dynamic 3PL environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related experience, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years warehousing/distribution experience.
• Minimum 3 years leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee KPI achievement, inventory integrity, improvement, and develop direct reports.
• Ensure SOPs and customer documents are followed.
• Budgeting and financial results oversight for areas of responsibility.
• Lead daily meetings to meet productivity goals.
• Implement special projects impacting site and network operations.
• Analyze throughput, capacity planning and financial information.
• Manage site budget and controllable costs; maximize net income.
• Develop policies and promote safety; ensure KOS adherence.
