Job summary

Kenco Logistics in Wilmer, TX seeks a seasoned operations leader to oversee daily warehouse activities, drive KPI achievement, and ensure inventory integrity. You will manage budgets, implement improvements, and develop staff while upholding safety and company SOPs across the site.

Responsibilities include leading supervisors and frontline teams, planning capacity, and coordinating with safety, HR, and engineering to promote productivity improvements. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from a four-year college.
• Five years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or related field.
• Three years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations and KPI achievement.
• Manage inventory integrity and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop direct reports and ensure adherence to SOPs and work instructions.
• Assist with budgeting and financial results for their area.
• Lead safety, human resources and engineering collaboration to promote productivity programs.
• Plan, develop and implement organizational policies and goals; support site budget processes.
• Motivate, train, supervise and evaluate subordinates; take corrective action when needed.
