Job summary

Kenco Group, a leading 3PL provider in the U.S., seeks an experienced operations leader to oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, drive KPI achievement, security of inventory, and staff development. You will coordinate with supervisors and support network-wide improvements while ensuring budget adherence and profitable operations.

Responsibilities include implementing projects, analyzing performance data, and maintaining compliance with procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college; three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or related field.
• Minimum of three years leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all warehouse personnel comply with standard operating procedures, personnel policies and workload demands.
• Meets daily with Supervisors, Foreman and/or Leads to ensure daily productivity goals are met or exceeded.
• Implements special projects that impact warehouse operations for site and network.
• Analyzes throughput, capacity planning and financial information to optimize operations.
• Manages customer inventory with sound security policies and distribution practices.
• Plans, develops and implements organizational policies and goals; supports safety, HR and engineering teams.
