Job summary

Sysco Corp. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, putaway, picking, loading, shipping and inventory control. You will manage staffing, training, and safety, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are required. Experience with HighJump WMS and RF devices is a plus; a HS diploma is required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: HS diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of warehouse experience and familiarity with OSHA requirements.
• Experience with handheld RF units and WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and monitor daily warehouse activities and staff performance.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality and standard procedures; manage staffing and training.
• Review procedures and optimize operations for efficiency and cost control.
• Maintain reports and logs and promote a safe working environment with safety training.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory policies and company procedures.
