Job summary

Mammoth Fieldhouse Marion is seeking a Director of Operations to lead all venue functions, from guest experience to financial performance. You own the P&L, set service standards, and build a leadership team that can run the business in your absence.

This floor-forward role requires hands-on leadership during peak hours and strategic oversight of budgets, scheduling, safety, and compliance. You will drive leagues, private events, and programs while maintaining Unreasonable Hospitality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hospitality, entertainment, or venue management, including 3+ years as Director of Operations or senior leader.
• Proven P&L ownership in high-volume food/beverage/entertainment operation.
• Demonstrated success building and leading cross-department teams.
• Deep F&B knowledge across kitchen, bar, events, and catering.

Responsibilities

• Own the venue P&L end to end with focus on profitability and growth.
• Build the leadership bench and coach department managers.
• Lead daily pre-shift huddles and weekly leadership meetings.
• Maintain Unreasonable Hospitality standard across all departments and shifts.
• Partner with Events, F&B, Marketing to grow leagues, memberships, and private events.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
