Level99 Entertainment seeks a Director of Operations for its Paramus, NJ opening, overseeing a 40,000+ sq ft venue with 300,000 guests/year. You’ll lead a 100+ team, drive hospitality excellence, and manage beverage, events, and maintenance operations.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on daily operations, ensuring top-tier guest experiences while delivering strong financial results in a multi-unit, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in hotel, entertainment, or food & beverage industries.
• Experience leading multi-unit operations in large formats.
• Strong hospitality, entertainment, or bar operating system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day venue operations, ensuring a customer-first experience.
• Oversee financial performance, forecasting, scheduling, and inventory.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and high service standards.
• Develop and train a 100+ person team.
• Administer operations playbook across venues.
• Travel between venues and Support Center to share best practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
