Job summary

Kite Pharma seeks a Sr Director, Head of US Payer, Value, and Access Strategy to lead a newly formed vertical within the US Market Access organization. This role directs portfolio-level strategy across payer, value marketing, launch planning, policy shaping, and ecosystem strategy for Kite’s US cell therapy portfolio.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent with substantial experience in market access or related field.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
• Strong communication skills with senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead US Payer, Value, and Access Strategy orgs including marketing and ecosystem strategy.
• Define and execute the overall US Market Access strategy and priorities.
• Ensure integrated payer and access narratives across functions and channels.
• Provide strategic advisory to executives on risks, policy, and market opportunities.
• Oversee launch readiness plans and develop long-range market development initiatives.
