Kite Pharma is seeking a Sr Director, Head of US Payer, Value, and Access Strategy to lead a newly formed strategic vertical within US Market Access. This role oversees portfolio-level strategy across payer, value marketing, launch planning, and ecosystem strategy, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

The position requires directing a team of Directors, shaping integrated payer and access strategies, and ensuring launch readiness with a focus on patient access to CAR T

Responsibilities

• Lead the US Payer, Value, and Access Strategy organization including Payer & Value Marketing, New Product & Launch Planning, and Ecosystem Strategy & Market Development
• Define and execute the overall US Market Access strategy and annual tactical priorities
• Ensure portfolio-level strategy for payer and employer engagement, evidence translation, and launch readiness
• Advise executive leadership on market access risks, stakeholder dynamics, and long-range opportunities
• Translate portfolio strategies into high-quality, compliant customer-facing tactics and resources
